Overview
The F-2 visa is for the spouse and unmarried children under 21 of an F-1 student. F-2 dependents may accompany the principal student but are generally not authorized to work.

Individual I-20
Each dependent needs their own Form I-20 from the school.
No employment
F-2 dependents are not eligible for employment authorization.
