Green Card (Permanent Residence)
Overview
EB-2 is the employment-based second-preference category for professionals holding an advanced degree (or a bachelor's plus five years of progressive experience) and for individuals of exceptional ability. A national interest waiver (NIW) may waive the job-offer requirement.

- Professionals with a master's degree or higher
- Bachelor's holders with 5+ years of progressive experience
- Individuals of exceptional ability in the sciences, arts or business
